That is why this book is a welcomed guide to making relationships better and easier. It was a fascinating, well-researched read that explained peopleโs reactions to situations that could sometimes be explained by looking as far back as childhood. Even though this book has been written with the main focus being on improving relationships, I felt it is a wonderful book for self-reflection and self-mediation, too. We forget that our most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves, and I must say this book makes you reassess the way you interact not only with those you love but how you treat yourself. Review: Informative Exploration of Attachment Science! - This book is a fantastic resource for exploring healthier and better relationships! It took me on a transformative journey of self-discovery, and helped me explore what attachment science truly is. Itโs all about understanding why we love, cling, and avoid in our relationships. Drawing from neuroscience and caregiver bonds, it sheds light on the dynamics of adult relationships and how our brains and hormones play a role. But it's not just about understanding; it's about taking action to nurture and improve our relationships. I appreciated the deep exploration of different types of relationships the author gave, as I could relate to and identify with certain ones. The authorโs incredible knowledge shows through their words, and it all really helped me identify how I can improve myself in a relationship. I loved the authorโs emphasis on taking care of ourselves first, so that we can fully apply our best selves to our relationships. After reading this, I feel like Iโve gained so much knowledge that I can actually use for my future relationships, so they can be full of happiness and communication!

Very Helpful and Informative! Definitely Recommend!
Spending quality time with each other can only do for you so much. That's because you won't be with your loved one 24/7 and even if you can, that could be suffocating. So what do you do then? In this book, the author will discuss the different aspects of a healthy relationship like building trust, setting boundaries, and keeping the romance alive. Whether you are looking to keep a new romantic relationship or trying to salvage a relationship that's on the rocks, this book can help you develop a deeper connection with your partner. All you need, with this book, is a willingness to change. Every relationship is unique, and this book respects that. It will not force you into a corner and make you follow all the tips. This book is simply here to lead you to a positive change. It's up to you if you'll grab this opportunity. I don't know why you may not, but in any case, this book is made with free will because it has so many options. My favorite is building a hobby together.

Insightful
I am all about self-discovery lately. This book has a great introduction to the transformative process to healthier and better relationships in your present life. As I read this book, I saw myself and the different types of the relationships I have experienced in my life reflected in the pages. This is one of the things I liked most about this book โ it felt relatable and real. It was informative because it explained the different relationships and delved into the theories of important and renown professionals on the topic like Carl Jung, but also educated you on the brain and the expectations of the relationships presented. It was a comprehensive read that I felt taught me about the basis of what I needed to know in order to take control and identify my next steps. Overall, I really liked this book and would recommend it to others, and not just to people who want to change their relationships, but to those who want a better understanding of themselves.

Eye opening
I can attest as to how much not fun having anxiety. The overthinking all the time gets so overwhelming and it feels like a never ending loop. This becomes even more apparent when I start a relationship, any for that matter. I canโt say enough how much I related to every symptom listed in this book. It gave me a new fresh perspective on this by explaining easily the reasoning behind it. While I know there are plenty of books out there that talk about this subject, I still think this one was truly helpful for me. I know itโs not a fix-all guide but understanding more about why I think the way I do. Unhealthy attachment is no joke, either if you are the person with anxiety or the other individual having to deal with said person so I really hope I get to implement everything I learned throughout.

No More Anxious Attachments!
A helpful resource for those who are looking to improve their mental health and relationships. I found this book interesting in regards of the science behind the different types of attachments one can have and learning about the theory of attachment. This book is packed with knowledge on how to navigate the world of anxious attachment. The author is very thorough on his explanations and itโs packed with science to back up his claims. I appreciated the chapter on relationship tools. Itโs filled with awesome activities that make you ponder and reflect on how to have strong relationships. A very helpful book!

I'm one who loves to dive deep into personal development and this one sure did twist a few beliefs of my own. The patterns this book especially on parenting opened my eyes and got me thinking a lot. It not only covers the details on specific patterns of attachment but gives you an educational talk on the science behind it. One interesting area I enjoyed was reading more about the neurobiological processes involved in communications between both a father and mother towards their children. Having boys myself, I now understand more on the importance and difference between a mother and father towards their children. I found this book a great read and very insight for anyone wishing to get started in personal development and expand their own train of thought.
