It works fine if you’re laying on it, but if you try to use it between your knees, one side of it is really rough, and it’s very uncomfortable on your skin

First thing I’ll say is when the item arrives be ready to open it CAREFULLY. It’s vacuum sealed and wrapped inside two layers of plastic, with much tape securing the outer layer. It would be extremely easy to tear into the pillow using scissors or a blade. Took several minutes to peel back the very strong tape but worth it to prevent damage to the item. My use case is for pressure relief on a semi-bed bound person using chucks and transfer mats to assist in bed turning on a ~3 hour rotation schedule; right, center, left, repeat. I am only using the larger of the two pillows. I begin the roll with both hands on the transfer mat/chuck and once the individual is about 50% into a roll I can hold the mat with one hand and position the pillow with the other such that the upper portion is behind the shoulder blade, then I let the person down. So bed repositioning is doable by a single caregiver provided you have the strength to hold the person in a roll with one hand. Foam seems to be at an appropriate density to cushion and support the ~125lb person without any complaints or waking up from discomfort thus far. The anti slip beading on the underside, against the silk bedding, provides an amount of grip proportional to how much of the person’s mass is upon the pillow. In other worse it stays in place better the more of your weight is upon it.

I got these pillows because I'm a side sleeper and I like to rest my upper knee on a low, firm pillow. The height is perfect, and I like that they're not memory foam. Instead, it's dense foam that seems very durable yet light, so the pillows stay cool and aren't heavy gelatinous slabs like memory foam pillows can be. They have inner and outer covers, both zippered, and the bottom of the outer covers is a non-slip material that works pretty well to keep the pillows in place. The quality is very good overall, and they seem as if they'll last a long time, though I think the price is somewhat high.

The wedges are made well and soft enough to be bring comfort to our Special Needs grandson. He is unable to move much and needs support behind his back at night due to scoliosis. The wedges come vacuum sealed, so once released from packaging we were able to use them after a couple of days. I allowed them to fully expand, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Great sizes for big boy and we have many uses for them in our household. He now has leg support when stretched out and back support when lying on his side. They come with removable covers that can be washed when necessary. Double Zippers are well made and not too bulky which is a plus for comfort.
