The Product is as described with no issues. It was neatly packed and had all the items in the box. The replacement parts were all there. The biggest part I wanted to know is the replacement heads and heater work!!! And to that, I would even say they work better than the OEM equipment! I would buy again in a heartbeat, amazing price for what you get!

I was concerned after I ordered this. I realized that the product did not contain a heating element. I decided not to cancel the order and take a chance that maybe I did not need the element. Even though my situation was a nozzle slippage failure with the original hot end, leading to catastrophic print failure with the original configuration. Product arrived quickly. Turns out the installation was quick and successful, I thought. Second print was disaster. nozzle must have loosen, crashing into the build plate, damaging it, and bent the nozzle. and destroyed the heating element in the process. I do not believe that this was an issue with the nozzle This upgrade worked fantastic and better than the original 1st time printing This should be a cautionary tale. If you are replacing the nozzle due to a previous nozzle slippage, there quite possibly is something wrong with the print head, itself. Too bad the nozzle only lasted a single print. I have reduce the rating to 4 stars because the nozzle is now slightly bent at the heat break, should be more resilient.

Great printing so far. Item is plug and play. Arrived weeks before the OEM replacement.
