I needed to find something as we had to fly for a funeral. I bought this for hubby's meds. He has the Mounjaro pen that has the wide one side, it fit great. I knew I could keep it out of the cold for a long time, but I still wanted to keep it cold and safe. This stayed frozen for our trip and a small stop to visit relatives. Tip for air travel. You will get this inspected by TSA, it was inspected there and back on our flights. But they saw what it was used for and let it pass through. I was nervous flying with it back as it was not frozen. I read that gel has to be frozen in order to pass TSA, this was wrong information given on Google. They did have to inspect it but they said it was fine if it is not frozen. I left the ice pack inside the case with the prescription paper so they knew it was for insulin. I only needed to bring one pen as this was a weekly injection and our stay was just 11 days, that is why it was empty on the way back. Bringing this back thawed was no problem in my Carry On/Personal Item bag. If I remember correctly, this was still cold 9-10 hours later.

Works better than expected, keeps everything cold, easy to use, perfect size, and can be used for up to 6 hours without any issues.

My wife used these for our summer vacation in which we traveled internationally. These held her medication cold through the trip. We had no issues with airport security or customs. Very happy we found these to use. Highly recommended.
