C'est parfait pour cuire les légumes et mijoter
Le style est soigné et la poignée permet de le surprendre à un crochet. La cuisson est parfaite sur ma plaque à Induction samsung. N'attache pas et facile à nettoyer. On peut bien mijoter avec la forme et la spatule est de super qualité. Le couvercle a un défaut, c'est qu'il ne s'adapte pas du premier coup et faut bien maintenir pour bien l'enclencher. Du coup c'est assez gênant pour remuer les légumes car il faut repositionner le couvercle une fois chaud. Tout est léger mais on sent la robustesse du produit.
