It is not flimsy but is pliable. The finish is matte, not shiny. It is nice enough, it could be used with business attire, but I do not consider it a dress belt. I have another belt I use with suits and formal wear. I really like it. If your pants' belt loops will handle a belt of this width I think you'll like it too. I bought this belt for my husband. It is a casual belt that will go with everything except a suit. The color is a rich brown just like the picture. The silver buckle is sturdy and has a firm hold. It is also easy to take on and off. The width is about 1.5 inches and fits all his belt loops on his pants and is very stylish. The belt itself has a smooth feel. I highly recommend this belt. My husband wears a 34 so I bought a 36 and it fits perfectly.

I don't think it's "full grain leather" as the product description says
I don't think this is real leather -- looks more like a nice, thick pleather (the price should've been a clue). So far seems to be a decent product though.
