It came in a very “indigenous” looking packaging - plastic bag sealed with scotch tape.Each time I cut the cord - with their own cutter - the strands came apart. Threading it through the needle became difficult with the strands opened out. I didn’t struggle too much with threading, but I found it annoying.The photo is from day 4 after installation.It says all you want to know about quality. Worth knowing that before you buy. The Pella cord I replaced, looks sound in comparison, even after 12+ years. I don’t expect this one to last that long.
