I’ve been using this pillow since February 6th and it has been really good. It’s very comfortable and provides great support for my neck. I sleep much better and wake up feeling more rested. Since I decided to buy this pillow and my sleepless nights have disappeared the truth takes away a lot of my back pains the nights are more comfortable and I sleep much better I was having a hard time finding a good pillow and I finally found it I highly recommend it 👏

I've seen this pillow style advertised for some time and have been interested in giving it a try. I fall asleep on my side but usually wake up on my back. Because of my broad shoulders, a pillow that works for when I'm on my side is too thick for when I'm on my back, and a pillow that works when I'm on my back is too thin for when I'm on my side. It's a struggle... Unfortunately, this pillow doesn't solve any of my issues. The human body isn't a solid mass. When you roll in your sleep, it isn't natural to roll "uphill" to move from the thinner middle of the pillow to the thicker outer portions. Also, the indents that are meant to fit your arms more comfortably under your head don't align with my body at all, and without your arm present, they kinda collapse. It's possible the pillow isn't large enough for me - I think it would need to be at least the width of a standard pillow. Regardless, as far as something I'd use while sleeping, this is not it. There are, however, aspects I like. Because the very center of the pillow is the lowest point (think of the indent from a button on an upholstered couch), it provides a decent way to get cervical traction and neck pain relief. Additionally, hidden below the cover, there are indents on all four raised corners that provide pressure relief for your ears. It actually makes a considerable difference. Speaking of the cover, it's removable and washable, making cleaning easy.

It really does help I have discomfort with any other pillow and this one is excellent and supports your neck and thick and comfy like a cloud. It’s helps with pain in the neck. It is very durable I have washed it a couple times now . Size is about a normal pillow and height is 3 inches
