Like, “should be in a pottery museum next to a plaque that says ‘Do Not Touch’” beautiful. Smooth glaze, rich color, solid weight. You can tell they're high quality just by looking at them—which is all I’ve been allowed to do. --- 🏆 Pros: Stunning Design: The kind of craftsmanship that makes you whisper, “Wow,” then immediately look over your shoulder to make sure your wife didn’t catch you reaching for one. Great for the dollar I guess... Visually .... Hefty and Durable: These aren’t flimsy discount store bowls. You could eat cereal or start a small food truck operation out of one—if you were allowed to. I could fit so much cereal in there... If only... Conversation Starters: Every guest asks, “Why don’t you use those nice bowls?” And every time, I sigh and point to the woman guarding them with her life. --- 🚫 Cons (aka Marriage Rules): Too Nice to Touch, Apparently: I once tried to pour soup into one. She appeared from thin air like a kitchen ninja. “Those are for decor,” she said, like I had tried to serve chili in the Mona Lisa. Shelf Queens: They live in a cabinet behind glass doors like royalty. I’m pretty sure they’ve never seen a microwave or dishwasher in their lives. Emotionally Unavailable Bowls: I feel like we have a better relationship than I do with some people, but I’ll never truly know their potential. --- 💬 Final Verdict: These bowls are beautiful, well-made, and high-quality... and will remain that way forever because I’ll never be allowed to use them. Still, they make our kitchen look classy, and my jealousy of them keeps me humble.

I am not really the reviewing type but I am obsessed with this dish set! Initially I bought the “nebula” set by famiware but it was a little boring and I kept being drawn to this set instead so I returned the “nebula” set and bought this “Milky Way” set instead. Boy, am I soooo glad I did! The dishes were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. They are sturdy, on the heavy side but in a good, high-quality way. I saw some commenters complaining about the lack of glaze on the underside, but I looove that detail! It gives the dishes a stronger character and handmade feel. I love the juxtaposition of smooth, shiny gloss on top, with the rough, raw element beneath. It does not scratch up my table. The lip on the bottom which actually sits in the table is smoother than the raw right layer beneath.. The part that actually touches the table is the same texture even on the nebula set, which doesn’t have the nonglazed portion beneath anyway! In my opinion, that is not something you have to worry about. When stacking the dishes, it does feel/sound uncomfortable to have the raw raw part against the smooth glaze, but the quality is there and the glaze is not easy to scratch or chip. My favorite parts of these bowls is the raw, unglazed side, the speckles, the size, and the shape. Basically, my favorite parts is every part, lol. They perfectly go with my home decor and farm house feel. They are the perfect size pasta, salads, or rice bowls like teriyaki chicken! I bought 2 sets to have service for 8, along with 2 sets of the matching mugs and the rest of the entire dish set so my guests could enjoy eating off these beautiful dishes as well because I love this set that much!

These dishes are perfect. Light gray, great subtle color, good sizes, I got extra bowls. Wash in dishwasher easily. My only issue is that they get hot in microwave and I hoped they wouldn’t but I will definitely keep them.

I love the size. If they were any taller I could not stand them straight up in the dishwasher. Would buy again also love the Color options

Love these! We use them for nearly every meal. They are the perfect size and shape for pasta, meal salads, grain bowls, everything! The pale blue color is gorgeous, and they’ve held up well to everyday use and dishwasher cleaning.

Love these bowls! They are the perfect size I was needing. They are a really good quality bowl and I would definitely buy more if I needed! They are dishwasher safe as I have washed them plenty of times. My only complaint is that if you scratch your fork too hard, it will leave a mark on them.

These bowls are adorable. I love that I can use them for soups, stews, and stir fry. I don’t have a microwave so I am unable to make vote of that, however they are thick and function perfect for my needs.
