Compact and effective for home workouts
I got this machine for my husband because he had been looking for something compact and effective for training his arms and shoulders for a long time as he is staying a lot in front of the computer and since using it, it did a good job. The machine itself looks very stylish, is well made, the plastic is durable, the handles are comfortable and do not slip even after prolonged use. Just after few uses, he noticed improvements and he could feel the load, especially on his biceps and shoulders. I really like that the handle rotates 360°, this adds dynamics to the exercises and makes them more interesting. Now he trains even during breaks at work, the machine is lightweight, does not take up much space and does not require any assembly or complicated instructions. Just take it out, pick it up and start training. Another plus is its versatility: it trains not only your arms, but also your pectoral muscles, back and even your abs, if you do the exercises correctly. I would also like to separately note the durable design, it is clear that the machine will last a long time. My husband also said that during training, nothing creaks or wobbles, everything is clear and stable. He liked that you can adjust the load by different angles and speed of rotation. Overall, this is a great solution for those who do not like bulky exercise machines, but want to stay in shape.

Sturdy Forearm Trainer With Strong Resistance
I picked up this 360° Hand Crank Forearm Trainer as a novel way to work on wrist and grip strength, and it has proven to be quite effective. The crank motion feels smooth, and you can immediately feel the resistance working through the forearms. After only a few minutes of use, the muscles really start to tire, which makes it a solid training tool. The trainer itself feels well built, with a sturdy design and a comfortable grip that doesn’t slip during use. It remains stable while in motion and doesn’t rattle or make distracting noise. It’s also compact enough to store easily, which is handy if you want to keep your workout space uncluttered. Overall, it’s an unusual but effective piece of equipment that provides a challenging workout in a very simple format. It's available at what feels like a reasonable price point.

Compact arm trainer that gives a full upper body workout anywhere
I was looking for something simple to work on my arms and shoulders without setting up large equipment and this rotating arm trainer turned out to be a great option. It is lightweight and easy to hold so I can use it in the living room or even take it to the office which makes fitting in a short workout very convenient. The handle feels comfortable and does not slip which helps keep the movement smooth while rotating. I have noticed that even when my hand is getting a bit sweaty I can still hold this product properly and even when I'm doing intense workouts, it never happened to lose it somehow because of the good quality grip that it has. Using it for a few minutes at a time gives a good burn in the arms and shoulders and I can feel the chest and upper back working as well which makes it a useful all in one exercise tool for the upper body. The rotation is consistent which helps keep the movement controlled and safe and after a week of using it regularly my arms already feel stronger which is exactly what I was expecting. This small trainer is practical for quick workouts at home or on the go and it provides a balanced exercise for the arms, shoulders and chest without taking up space or needing any complicated setup, which is something that I really appreciate and this is why I consider this product to be suitable for my needs.

A Good Piece of Kit
I got this for a female neighbour who is recovering from a fall that badly broke her upper left arm and damaged the shoulder capsule. Her break is fully healed but she has a limited range of movement in the shoulder joint - can't raise her left hand laterally to anywhere near shoulder height. I figured this rotational arm trainer would help to increase her range of movement and shoulder strength. After a demonstration from me to show how this piece of kit works, my neighbour gave it a shot. With her right arm (the uninjured one) she was quickly able to get the hang of the movements required to get the attached ball rotating around the handle. Using her injured arm, she wasn't able to hold the rotational trainer out to the side (due to restricted range of movement) but she was able to hold it in front of her body (with elbow bent at 90 degrees) and get it rotating. I encouraged her to do this in both directions - spending as much time rotating it clockwise as counterclockwise - for optimal results. In order to increase the effective resistance, the trick is to keep rotational movements small while increasing the speed, not making bigger rotations. So far this trainer has been a hit. I'm hoping regular use of it will allow my neighbour to gradually regain a full range of movement in her injured shoulder. Build quality seems sturdy. At the current price of £26.99, this rotational trainer is good value. One recommendation to the manufacturer: offer a discount if customers buy two (as many people will, so they can train both arms at the same time).

Ok
Not bad, not great. Gets some feel after an extended period of time but not much pump.

Great arm workout!
I ordered this item as part of the Vine program in exchange for my honest review. This is an excellent little arm work out item. It's small enough to store away with ease, is absolutely solidly built so is great quality and it doesn't need a lot of space around you to use. I was a hairdresser to trade so much upper arm strength was always outstanding but since I stopped working, I have felt a decline and this has been helping. I have disabilities and my mobility isn't good nowadays but this is something I can use whilst sitting on the sofa etc and it provides a really good arm workout. My son is an avid gym goer and he's been using it as well and finds it fun as well as providing a good arm burn. It's so easy to use that anyone can give it a go and you can do as little or as much as you want depending on your goals and abilities. Great value for money and does what you want it to do! It's okay. A bit small for large hands. A touch pricey.
This item is okay. I would say that this item is less for an arm workout than it is for shoulder rehab/prehab. It's moderately well made, it does feel a little plasticky and cheap. Unfortunately, I find it a bit small for my hands, I'm 6'4" with proportionately sized hands and I find it uncomfortable. If you have large hands, it might not be for you. It requires an amount of coordination to use, which my wife struggles with. This workout item is selling for £25.55, sorting as reduced from £26.90, at the time of this review. That feels a touch on the pricey side to me.
