But within a month, they got very tangled and matted up within 10 minutes of brushing it. After leaving a not-so-great review expressing my disappointment in the product, their team reached out to me immediately and offered to find a way to remedy the situation. They identified the batch the hair came from and assured a quality check. With all the different sources of hair, I could definitely understand a batch issue. So, I agreed to a pack of new extensions. They went the extra mile in sending photos from their facility, assuring the new color and length were good, and sent them off with extra tapes as well. Now I’ve had these for a few months and they are STUNNING. I’ve had no issues with tangling, they’re still shiny, and they were easy to re-install when it came time to move them up. They sit comfortably in my hair, they’re so easy to maintain, and they come pretty dense, but not to the point of being super heavy. I have since trimmed and dyed them a couple shades darker and they’ve still remained soft and the ends haven’t split any more than good, natural hair would.
