Material is OK. Sizing is generally on the up side.
The fabric material of these are OK, not too great but a good value for the price. I am 34" and ordered M and still found them to be a little loose/comfortable. Not too tight. I would have preferred a bit more supportability to keep stuff in place and not having to adjust.
