VULKAN BLACK NEOPRENE BACK SUPPORT (3023) - ONE SIZE

For a long time now, I have been looking to replace a really amazing Australian back support belt that an uncle had brought to my father years ago and, having tried various belts and spent silly amounts of money to no good end, I thought of giving this one a try.Now one pet hate (mainly because I am a full figured woman) is not having actual dimensions stated on the description, preferably on an easy to find spot, it really annoys me because I want to know straight up if it fits! (not a lot to ask for you should think!) So I really took a chance on this belt, simply because, even through the bad and heavily processed photo on this advert, I could see that maybe this is a similar belt to the one that has supported not only me but also my dad for years.And it is!!!I am so happy I could find something so comfortable and supportive that keeps my back warm and pain free.I can tell you, I've had it on for only 30min now and an annoying constant back pain I've been having lately is gone, it's not overwhelming, it's not digging into my skin and it fits fine, but I can tell, even if I was way thinner, as I was years ago, and this belt was large for me, it would still feel great because the support would be the same, the only difference would be the overlapping length of belt.So because I know others would want a better view and description of this item here is the measurements of the one I've got and I have also uploaded many photos, so people can understand the texture, thickness and characteristics of this belt.It's 24cm at the widest part and 115cm long however it will fit almost everyone as it stretches a bit.The velcro looks ok-ish but not as good quality as the one I used to have, I hope I will be proven wrong on this as I would like to use this for years to come.This feels great, comes at a good price and does a great job, I definitely recommend it, if I have an update regarding it's quality I will let you all know. 🙂

I have brought this because I work at Gatwick mail centre on the large parcels area and I find this very helpful when I am lifting the parcels onto our machine as I do get a pain on my left side. Since I have been wearing this support I notice I am not getting that pain as much or at all. It really helps sooth my lumber region. It does heat up through the time I am wearing it but it is a comfortable heat not too much. I wish I had brought one sooner. It is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time as I wear it all day while I am at work and the price was quite reasonable. It is quite well made so hopefully it will last I would certainly recommend this product.

Velcro is extremely tough, takes all me strength to rip it open 🤣Best to use a blouse/t-shirt etc over the top of it, sometimes the velcro can scratch you

Lovely and wide, easy to wear and has help prevent backache while playing golf.

Good product

This is my second one. The first identical to this lasted 20 odd years without losing its comfort, but a bit more support was required! So, this new identical one, and it’s perfect! It gives really positive support so you feel ‘safe’ and the added warmth eases a lot of pain too. Highly recommended.

Little used as the back pain has largely gone away. Will wear again as protection if doing anything that puts a strain on the area.
