A lovely book or diary as you may call. Words of wisdom from Ruskin Bond are beautifully sprinkled over some 170+ pages. With only one or two thoughts per facing page and ample space and lines to add yours. And beautifully adored by the stunning water color illustrations by Ahlawat Gunjan. You would ponder equally over the illustrations as you would on the words.Author appeals to the readers to add their own thoughts side by side on the space provided. But I would dare not to spoil it with my dirty handwriting ! I wish I could write on it someday, the day wisdom and strength of my words would overshadow those ugly alphabets I scribble :-)

No body can illustrate the book the way Gunjan Ahlawat has done. I also have a copy of 60th edition of Room on the Roof by Ruskin Bond and illustrated by Gunjan.You want to keep embracing every illustration and feel like framing it.This book is a beautiful hardcover with a jacket you haven't touched before and the insides are journal with snippets flowing like story.A perfect pick to keep and to gift.Only Penguin does such marvellous experiments. Keep creating more.

Beautiful

I gifted this to my bf and luckily got this cover. This is his first journal and he loved it.

It is more like a personal diary....it’s different . I have started filling it up with my own thoughts etc

A beautiful, picturesque and colourful book. Filled up with beautiful lines and even more beautiful illustrations. It is definitely worth owning, even if the time taken to complete the entire book was 30 minutes. There is ample space to write your own thoughts. You will reread it everytime you open it. Plus hardcover with a jacket.Literally happiness comes in all sizes!❤️
