As a veterinary nurse, I understand the importance of a healthy weight in cats. I really don't want a diabetic cat! I have run very successful weight clinics at work and previously got the family cats down to a good weight. I pre-weigh food into sandwich bags for each day to be accurate. Since changing to this food, feeding the correct amount, both cats have gained loads of weight! They are now begging for food much more often, especially straight after eating! As soon as the bag finishes I will be going back to a different brand - and saving the money! Initially neither cat wanted to eat this food either, but they soon learnt that's all they would be getting.
