I wouldn't recommend being the person who always wears their slippers outside just because the fur/faux fur might get stuff stuck in them. And I wouldn't say they are "stiff", I feel they are breaking in very well and I've only been wearing them maybe 4 hours. Very soft, inside and out. I would suggest that if you do need to wash them, wash them by hand so the fur doesn't do that coarse matted thing.I got a size large for 9-10 US, I usually were a 9.5-10 and they feel perfectly fine and comfortable. If you buy and they feel a little tight, but the length is right, they will stretch some if your feet are a little wider. ### ⭐⭐ Size up *by M***D on September 1, 2018* Love the look and feel of this but they are not true to size.
