Normally I can wear a L or XL but this is about 1 size smaller than normal. Otherwise it’s very comfortable and I couldn’t imagine it being as airy as many have said it is but make no mistake. This will not keep you warm. It’s made to keep you cool. Top quality. Does not have any chest protection but was easy to upgrade to the better pads.
