I recommend them, you will not regret it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ great customer service *by A***N on February 3, 2020* overall the glasses seem nice so far, I've only used them for bird watching from the house windows because they DID NOT COME WITH BINOCULAR STRAP as advertised, nor was there a microfiber cleaning cloth/carry pouch as stated in product description. mine arrived wrapped in a plastic bag. have had had no response from seller regarding these complaints. the cell phone attachment is not useful for me either because I have a 7plus with otterbox case and the attachment device does not expand enough to use with case on and for obvious reasons I don't want to risk failure and end up with shattered phone glass by removing the phones protective case. what did come in the box is a carry case with zip top only, so not that easy to get binocs in or out, a cheesy carry strap for the case itself, cell phone attachment device, and instructions. I haven't decided if i'm keeping them yet, but the binocs themselves seem nice. seller should accurately describe what actually comes in the box. update to above review. after seller read my review, they sent me a new pair of binocs and everything was in the box this time. neck strap is nice with wide padded area around neck and good options for length adjustment.
