Go Girl: The Worst Gymnast

My second grader has had a hard time getting that interested in reading. Either books are too baby, or they are so long she burns out before finishing them. This book was perfect. It is a chapter book but has a few funny pictures and has wide spacing between lines. Therefore, each page doesn't take forever. She reads for a short time most days at her after school program and would come home and tell me how many chapters she had finished that day. She was proud of herself. She is crazy about gymnastics so that helped draw her in. I've ordered 4 more Go Girls! books and hope she likes them to. She liked "Good Luck Ivy", an American Girl book that was also about gymnastics but it took her a lot longer to get through it.

My daughter is a gymnast and didn’t always like reading. This book was something she related to and helped her find a passion for reading.

A great series. My girls love them. This helped a reluctant reader fall in love with books again.

My granddaughter loved this book. She is really into gymnastics!

My daughter is a 7 year old level 3 competitive gymnast and loves this book. She fights me when she has to put it down to do homework. It's one of her first chapter books and I love that she is so into it!!!

I liked this book because it was fun to read and I understood every word that I readI chose this rating because it was the funniest book I have ever read and also because I'm a gymnast tooI would put this book full ward for someone else too read because it is extremely interesting and fun
