Diatomaceous earth will make your hair thicker and it has silica in it. Just make sure you buy a DE that is (food grade). 2 TB a day for life. Look up videos on youtube. the DE destroy a whole host of nasties in the body so parasites and intestinal worms are no match. Neither are demodex mites that live on your scalp and face and that's why DE works better and thickening then silica alone. It's also more affordable then plain silica. Look it up on amazon. You can get 10lbs for less then $30 and it will last you for years.

Thank you!~  Its not only for hair and that annoys me about its advertising too.  I can testify also.  I had MRI and had Spinalstenosis and Spondyitis (curvature spine), and a bad knee that was up for surgury, torn meniscus, cartledge damage, floaters, and bad ligaments/tendons from past Cipro/Levaquin use.  I took it upon myself to find a pain reliever, and Whala!  This is it!  Bones-Joints-Tendonitis-Cartlidge Repair.  I took Bamboo Ext. Silica and in 3 days got relieve, tossed the cane!  For the life of me I cannot get why this is only promoted for hair-skin-nails, -- but I believe its because its more of a CURE than they want to say due to FDA nailing them on this.
