The seat is wide and spacious, which makes it very comfortable even when sitting for long hours. I especially love that I can sit cross-legged or adjust my position easily without feeling cramped. The back support and lumbar cushion are great for my posture, and the reclining feature with the footrest makes it easy to relax during breaks. The padding is thick but still supportive, so it doesn’t feel too soft or too firm. Assembly was also straightforward and didn’t take long. I can't log on to register the warranty. When I tried the website given, it won't come up. Five years is a nice warranty but it appears to be useless. The chair went together nice with no problems and seems to be solidly built.

It only took my husband and I about 30 minutes to put the chair together with the very concise instructions. The seat is very comfortable and the height adjustment is easy to maneuver. However, I have yet figured out how to make the back be more upright so I can take advantage of the ergonomic features of the chair. The assembly instructions do not address this at all and the product listing only shows that you turn the knob on the base plate. I'm 5'7" and have to slightly recline back into the back rest. Not a real comfortable way to do a lot of computing.
