is it suitable for size 8 skinny person?

I'm a size 10 and they are amazing. They are a slouchy kind of fit because they are essentially tracky bottoms. They are so comfy and light but look amazing. A great wear for this time of year in between shorts and long trousers . I ordered size 10 but they are not a tight fit.
