I’m not certain it’s actual intended use though. **Q: What medical supplies are included if any?** A: No medical supplies are included. **Q: does it come with the medical gear or just the bag?** A: Just the bag **Q: Will this fit a Avon c60 gas mask?** A: Not likely, its mostly designed to hold mags or medical supplies. My British S10 mask doesn't fit if that's any consolation. After reasearching several drop legs with the same design I decided on this kit. Whenever a call comes out with could have a potential for injuries I quickly connect the drop leg via a Tuff Products quick connect clip. The only con to the bag is the D ring in my opinion and it was quickly replaced with what you see in the photos.Shown is what I carry in the bag which I've made serval changes over time with what I feel is necessary.The pouch height can easily be adjusted up or down which I have set at the highest setting possible. Do this to keep the rig tight to the body as your running.You can carry 4 AR-15 magazines in the compartment closest to your leg which has elastic straps to keep them in tight. I've opted for 2 throw small medical kits which in the event I need to pass a wounded and continue to the threat I can give them to self treat or buddy aid.The glow sticks are if it is at night I can break them in the bag as I throw it to a person and they can see the kit and have working light. As well as I can inform dispatch to tell EMS to look for green glow sticks for the wounded. Situation dictates if it is safe to active the glow sticks. If EMS can see them so can the shooter etc. Also after the event in the chaos a glow stick could be something a mother could play with a Toddler with to keep them happy etc.I've have to provide aid from this UCR with stress and high heart rate and I was able to get the products I needed without issue.Remember gear means nothing without training attend a first aid class or visit your local fire department for a hip pocket class. SkinnyMedic on YouTube also has amazing videos.If your on the fence on buying this UCR or not I say buy it. The first thing I would do though is swap out the D ring or the connection device. Look at Tuff Products or Zak Tools makes something similar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent bag for work, every day use, or SHTF scenarios *by B***C on April 11, 2021* I'd been looking for a good thigh rig for a variety of uses for a while, something that was rugged and could be used for tools during industrial work, but was thin-profile and "normal" looking enough for every day use as well, and this looked great. I had a few concerns due to reviews mentioning the thigh strap was too small by default, which it was, but it was easy to slip the straps out from the plastic clips, readjust everything, and nearly double the length so it fits comfortable and snug even if you have larger thighs, and I could make it a fair bit longer if i needed to. Plenty of storage space, easy access but holds weight well, good for tools, first aid, every-day items, and spare magazines if you carry. All in all very happy with this item. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great tac wear *by A***R on March 13, 2017* I have been looking for a slim thigh rig bag like this for awhile. It is a great piece of gear. Between in the zipper pouch and the mesh back you can fit two rifle mags and it has retainer bungee for them. It doesn't bulge out and doesn't get caught on much conducting CQB. With that being said, the outside material is pretty rugged. The inside may get ripped eventually but holds good so far. The only thing I don't like is the D-ring attachment. I parted out some old gear and managed to make it work better.
