I installed 5 of these in my church for our praise team to have the ability to have separate in-ear monitor mixes. This is a much cheaper option for individual mixes versus the wireless route. As long as you don't have a need to be wireless, I highly recommend Rolls PM50!

The seperate volume control are really useful. Our musicians at church are enjoying it and they have the freedom to go loud for themselves anytime. I recommend it for band who does not have a person all the time for mixer at live gig.
