Neutral flavor and texture
I got the regular one and chose to mix it with smoothies and it works great. I recently had surgery and a side effect of anesthesia is constipation. This is a natural one ingredient item I approve of. Fiber is great for gut health!

This is fully bleached, not natural
As you can see in the picture it's not natural, it's fully bleached. The slightly off white portion is earlier brand and natural one. The 5 ratings seems to be given by seller himself. I have been using other brand product for long time and never had any problem, this is giving uncomfortable gastritis.
