Review: One of the best purchases I ever made! Varied and Vibrant colors steadily change through the season. - Second year flowers seem much nicer than the first year, though I did heavily reseed the area this spring; maybe the plants needed to get established to bloom at their full glory, if that makes any sense, but I guess these are self reseeding annuals(?) Even looking out the window from 100' (31 meters) away, I keep noticing individual uniquely colored blooms. It's mid September, and there's lots of blooms. But these are the first wild flowers I ever planted. I've no idea how these compare to other wildflower seeds; I've no basis for comparison. However, maybe the fact that I occasionally water these is the reason they look so good. And I'm still noticing a few new varieties I hadn't seen before, some are very tiny plants, others much taller. But in July of the second season since I started planting these, despite seeding a bit later than I meant to each year, I've got immense patches of color where there were none before. So happy that I bought a second package of seeds from Eden brothers. I wonder if packages of every one of the separate varieties of flowers are available? (Eden says no, they don't sell separate single-species seed packs of these). I'd love to plant little batches of only one kind of these along a pathway to enjoy each variety growing by itself. If I had to say something negative, it might be that these are a little bit heavy on the yellow/orange variety that predominates, but that's not really a problem. Highly recommended, I'd buy these again for sure. October 9, 2025 update- My patch of wild flowers- a 35' diameter circle with a sprinkler in the center - has been an adventure through a blooming wonderland, there being so many different varieties with differing blooming times, and just a couple very low growing flowers I have no idea what they are. So I have this profuse disc of growing color, still at it's prime and poised to still give me much more color, but there's a frost warning tonight, and I think it might be well worth the price of running the sprinkler all during the expected 7-hour frost episode just to keep these from freezing at least for another week or two. It would be very handy if there was a guide book that corresponds with only the varieties in this seed assortment to make learning about each kind idiot proof. Little did I know that these would prove to be one of my best desertcart purchases ever. Seller- is there a forum for your customers who bought this wildflower assortment (Eden Brothers Southeast Wildflower Mixed Seeds), 5 pounds in my case?
Review: Exactly as advertised. - The seeds arrived on time and were very viable. Be sure to cultivate the ground properly. We planted annuals the first year and they were an explosion of variety and color. We planted perennials the second year. They grew just as robustly, fewer colors, but that was expected. Also I believe that a lot of perennials don't flower in the first year. We are going to continue to plant perennials in other areas. Very satisfied!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great, but didn’t serve purpose
*by R***M on August 14, 2024*

I raise bees. Planted roughly 75’x75’ patch of these flowers. Seeds grew great, but definitely not all plants that are advertised was in the order. I would say roughly 75% of the flower species came in the bag from the ones in the picture. Certainly attracts a lot of butterflies but I haven’t seen a single bee around ANY of these flowers. They definitely made the wife happy so I guess it’s a good trade off. Would plant again due to success of germination and happy wife, but will probably find something just as pretty that attracts bees from a different company. Side note…another good thing about this mix is it’s almost the middle of August and these are still blooming strong here in central ohio
