RUCKUS/ZOOMER 03-22 Race TRC Stainless Full Exhaust, w/ Carbon Fiber Muffler

I bought this but was hesitant to do so. I had it put on professionally which is VERY important unless you know how to "jet" an exhaust which requires special equipment my mechanic had to buy on ebay before doing so. If you just put it on your motor is going to sputter, it will sound like it has quick pauses where it isn't running. That is because this exhaust allows a different amount of exhaust to pass than the stock exhaust which it is set up to perform with. My scooter mechanic told me it is not bad for your ruckus to run it without jetting it but you will get that sputtering where you loose power and sound for less than a second but it does it a lot. It literally sounds like sputtering and I know this because I installed it myself before taking it to the scooter mechanic.With all that being said I love it. It is very loud, you should know that. It's almost as loud as my harley davidson. It sounds medium in tone, not too deep not too high and I honestly notice a ever so slight increase in performance. I have this along with a CDI and a high speed variator, (Got all of it on amazon) and the biggest difference I notice from all that is it accelerates way quicker than it did when it was stock and It tops out on a straight flat at about 44 mph and I am 155lbs. Thats with me ducking my head to the handlebars and tucking my elbows down and in. This exhaust makes the ruckus sound mean and clean. If you have it all the way accelerated and let off the gas then give it some gas it makes an amazing back firing sound, sounds like a sport bike. Like I said though, this thing is loud. I live in a townhome and I have to roll it off the property before starting it if it is anywhere near when people start going to sleep. At an idle it isn't loud but as soon as you give her some gas she roars. I highly recommend if you don't mind spending an extra $100 or so having someone jet it otherwise its going to sound like you have an old vw bug motor that hasn't had an oil change in 10 years.

You really can’t go wrong with yoshi pipes, the quality and the warranty plus the look of that beautiful carbon fiber!HOWEVER, plan to do some carb tuning. I live in Colorado and as soon as I put the pipe on it made the bike run very rich. I went from an 82 jet, to a 75 jet to finally making my own custom jet the old school way with rosin core solder and the 75 jet by filling the hole and using jeweler drill bits to dial it in. If I had to guess I’m likely sitting around a 72-73 jet.But overall, the look and quality and performance is there. You’ll definitely piss your neighbors off tuning the pipe, it took me four days of trial and error but I finally got it. Did I mention how loud it is? Yeah it’s loud but you want loud on a scooter so at least folks hear you.

It was hard to tell if it was the bike or the exhaust part it self. Not only was the description misleading but the pictures were as well. Over all probably won't buy from them again.

Well I’ve already written a review and had to delete it. I wrote it accidentally in the title line. Yoshimura has always built well styled and cool looking products. This doesn’t disappoint. Very well built and completely functional. Awesome product and as always Yoshimura does it again!

Easy install and like all the Yoshimura exhaust on my Hayabusa, it sounds great and has quality workmanship. Worth every cent. Can’t say it maids my Ruckus faster as I did other mods with this and that was all before I ever rode it once.

I just put a bad review because i keep looking for motor scooters and i end up finding out its just the EXHAUST TAKE THE BIKE OFF OF THE PICTURE AND JUST PUT THE EXHAUST PIPE.
