I recently started taking yoga 2 weeks ago. I practice at home (via DVD workouts and my Roku tv) and once a week doing backyard yoga with an instructor. I have mild cerebral palsy and use the blocks to help with my balance and stretching. I started with basic foam blocks which worked fine indoors, but I quickly realized I needed something a little heavier/more dense for my outdoor workouts in the grass.Here are the features I love about these blocks:• More dense/heavier than foam blocks, but can still easily pack up and bring to class• Slip resistant on all surfaces I have tried (wood, carpeting, and even wet grass)• Made of natural cork wood• Set arrived with 2 blocks that were perfectly level (see photo)• Good fit/ plenty of space for my long fingers (see photo)• They have no chemical or unpleasant smell• Durable construction that seems like they will last a long time• EXCELLENT bargain for a cork yoga block setAll in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend these blocks to yoga practioners at any level. ### ⭐⭐⭐ The edges are easily chipped away by simple handling *by C***. on August 16, 2016* This was my second set of Cork Yoga Blocks.
