New Remote Control Fits for ROKU 1 2 3 and 4 Express/Premiere/Ultra 4620XB 4K UHD Streaming Media Player Ultra 4K with 4 Shortcut

Works with all the Roku boxes that I have and I like the short cut buttons on the bottom of the remote control, my only complaint is it is a little substantial compared to my old one. Trying not to drop it too much

Roku must have had a faulty update of some sort, as all 3 of my ROKU streaming devices crashed on the same evening. Each time I was prompted to restart my device because they failed to connect to my internet and had an error message, the devices turned off and never turned back on. I've tried them in multiple TVs, and they have l completely died after being asked to reboot. I tried to contact ROKU customer support for help replacing them, as prior to this issue we loved our ROKU streaming devices, but it is like finding a needle in a haystack. You cannot talk to a living human in any way possible. This model apparently doesn't warrant any support from an agent (wtf?!) There isn't even an option to leave an email to ask for support. Incredibly disappointed with this experience and will be making the switch to Firesticks asap.

I bought this as a replacement to my lost remote. No programming needed. I put batteries in the remote and it worked my Roku stick immediately.

Did not need to reprogram my Roku. Works great.

Remote is nice its really light weight

Works well with my Roku ultra but does not have the volume control or the privacy ear port. Nevertheless it does the job

easy to set up. operates exactly like the one that came with the roku (when it worked correctly).
