The Garden Supplies Centre Extra Large Log Store, Pressure Treated

This is the third timber storage store that I have purchased from The Garden Supplies Centre , the other two are now two years old and provide great shelter and have been durable.The store arrived in just over 24 hours after having been despatched which was outstanding.The construction would have benefitted from clearer instructions .. i.e. Line drawings rather than unclear photographs and some drilling was required which I didn't expect.A battery screwdriver is an essential tool when building these as the timber is very tight .The result is very pleasing both in function and appearance and perfect for storing logs .. We recently had a tree surgeon round at the house and he was very impressed.The log store represents good value for money as they will last many years and a full one does look very reassuring and provides an interesting focal point in the garden.Five stars apart from the instructions in my opinion.

Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Good value but instructions aren't always that clear and rely on common sense. Managed to put it together in a tight space without any help but two people would mean your legs and arms weren't aching so much at the end of the build! Excellent product at a good price and stores a lot of wood

Instructions were absolutely useless - someone at the company needs to do at least a half decent diagram to make putting this together less of a headache. After 3-4 false starts, thinking the roof was the back, the front posts were the back posts, we eventually got the hang of it and it wasn't that hard from there. It feels reasonably resilient but I think we will need to felt the roof, creosote it and possibly cover up the front with a tarp to truly keep the wood dry. It looks smart and it fits about 3 tonne bags of wood.

Followed instructions but still found it a tad wobbly to get together. Once up it is not easy to move into situ even with 2 people. It stands on an even surface with plenty of ventilation. Now is it filled with logs - which it seems to eat up it looks in keeping with the garden.I would get another if needed

Easy to put together in a couple of hours. Looks attractive and sturdy. We covered he roof in felt to prolong its life and after reading other reviews about water dripping between the two roof sections.We recently had a very heavy down pour and height winds and had no issues.Very happy and much cheaper than quoted by others.

A good log store.The rook does leak a little in a few areas due to the top slats, some of which have bowed a bit, but it has been useful and protects the majority of the wood.I am minded to 'felt' the top of it to provide the complete waterproofing.The leaking and the bowing make this a 3.5 star product, when it could have been a 4.5 even a 5 star one.

Where the two parts of the roof meets it is prone to leaking

Very good log store at a very competitive price. Easy to assemble - did itbon my own. Would have been 5 stars but for the delay in delivery
