Does what it is supposed to do. Arrived as advertised.
Original unit met an untimely death due to a 3 month old puppy. Had to use a car charger for awhile to recharge unit also tried an over the counter off brand charger. It would not do the job. Concentrator Company wanted an arm and a leg for a replacement. Found this one and tried it. Looks exactly like the original and works just as well. Arrived on time and works perfect. The puppy has grown out of the "Chew everything in sight" stage. THANK GOODNESS!

Does not work with Innogen machine.
This charger seemed to work for a few weeks but all of the sudden my mom’s in O2 machine stopped working. The technical support person who came out said the charger was not factory and should not be used. It is what caused the issue.Do not recommend this product. We are ordering a replacement charger that is from Innogen.I also had ordered a second cord and they sent an incorrect plug. Very annoying.

This is not the plug in the ad on Amazon. They fixed the problem.
The charger works and I can charge my G5 with it. But the plug in the picture in the ad on Amazon shows a 90 degree bend on the plug, like the original so that it is easier to use the machine while it is plugged in. This plug is awkward to use because it juts straight out of the back of the machine and the original didn’t . It works and that is the most important issue.They sent me an adapter that fixed the problem.

Disapointed. Adapter plug is not as shown.
Was disappointed when this arrived as it said it was compatible with the Inogen one G4 and it actually shows an "L" shaped adapter plug, however, when it arrived it is straight made to fit in a computer and not like the Inogen One G4 plug at all. The "L" shaped plug on the InogenOne G4 keeps it from sticking out straight from the concentator which you can wear when walking around your house the straight adapter causes the cord to bend and kink and won't stay in. As for it working it is the same power but it is not at all what was advertised and shown.
