This (ANT-121-002) antenna is tuned for 3G/4G cellular frequencies. The same antenna tuned for 2.4 & 5.8 GHz WiFi is ASIN B01N4929VN (ANT-131-002) https://www.amazon.com/Vandal-Resistant-Profile-Omni-Directional-Antenna/dp/B01N4929VN You could install that antenna outdoors and connect it to a WiFi router or Access Point so your WiFi camera could connect.

From Proxicast:This antenna is designed to connect to cellular modems and routers which have SMA Female jacks for external antennas.

Any successfull installations onto a commerical flat roof building with mast-mount? Photos?

Unfortunately customers rarely send us photos of their installation but there should be no issue with what you want to do. The L-bracket that comes with this antenna is intended for wall mounting, so you will have to come up with your own method for mast mounting - perhaps a pipe clamp around the long arm of the bracket. There are also some security camera mounts for pipe mounting that might work.
