Having trouble adding the camera. It won’t pair. Any suggestions?

Both the new camera and the existing monitor need to be on the same Firmware. Eufy’s process for updating firmware does not work on most Mac OS computers, so be aware that you’ll probably need access to a Windows machine, which is idiotic. Unlike the other commenter, I found their customer service and tech support to to atrocious and unhelpful.

Can someone share a video of how the monitor works when the second camera is added? Will it ever offer split screen mode (2 camera) or just cycle.

Can I add a second monitor to the camera so two monitors are connected to one camera? They don't seem to be available separately to purchase.

Eufy's reponse is false. You cannot pair the same camera to two monitors. We paired our camera to our 2nd monitor but the camera was removed from our first monitor. Can Eufyhome please advise whether there is a solution for this issue?
