I guess so simple that no instructions included but to be honest the water doesn’t seem to come out of mine and bees pretty much ignored it in favour of some dirty water small pool in a tin foil container I made because I found a newt in my garden. I may be doing something wrong but with not a single bit of paper included in the box I have no idea.

It's the only feeder my bees will use. Works great but you can get robbing from other hives but still a good product.
