Versatile! These weights are excellent for me as I have a weaker right wrist and fingers due to ops. Wrapping the weights around wrist works good, with option to add weights when stronger.👍

These are quite cumbersome when trying to get them on. They would probably be better for people with thick legs as they tend to fall down if you have slim ankles. If you’re looking for a quick exercise then these aren’t for you. It takes me quite a long time to negotiate putting them on. You get an upper body work out trying to put them on. Putting all that to one side, once they’re on you can get a fairy good leg raise workout. Would I buy them again. Probably not! If it’s not easy then it ain’t happening but that’s just me. If you’re a fitness fanatic then you’ll probably be happy spending 5/10 minutes putting them on. They are good quality and hold the weights well. But they are very bulky.

These are ok but I wrongly thought for the price they had metal weights versus sand. Why does this matter ? Well I can imagine changing the weight which means extracting the plastic covered sand bags will mean a very short life span. I should have spent more for metal weights. Tbh. My fault

These are a good price for what they are, especially as you can decrease or increase the weight at your leisure.

Having read the previous reviews I was a bit apprehensive about ordering this as other people found it difficult to re-insert the weighted pouches once removed. I found a trick which seems to work fine... squish the filling particles evenly along the whole length, then insert it by pushing in about half way. At this point it gets difficult so switch to gently shaking the whole item slowly up and down by the ends of item and it slides smoothly back in. Job done! This is fine for gradually increasing the weight over the weeks, but I think would be frustrating if you want to change weights within a single training session. I have not used them for long so cannot comment on their durability, but seem good value.
