Delivery: super fast, it came within a day.Crystal: the crystal was cold to touch like it should be and I also conducted the needle test (scratching the stone with a needle) and the crystal didn't get any scratch marks (black tourmaline is 7.5 in the hardness scale so it shouldn't get scratched by a needle) confirming that the crystal is a real black tourmaline.Chain: this is the only reason I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars, the chain is very poor in quality. Just after 2 days of use, I was wearing the necklace and the chain tore all of a sudden, causing the crystal pendant to fall and break. I don't blame the crystal for this as Tourmalines are known to be fragile, but if not for the poor quality chain the pendant would have been intact. Advice to anyone else buying: please use your own chain.Overall look: I found it really pretty and was obsessed with it❤

This is so bad worst product, it has rusted, it has turned black, its metal and chain have also turned black in just 1 week.
