I got this product about a month ago and it's still working well. It came with the prefilled label which is so convenient. The label sticker go on most items. And it easy to remove the sticker also.

I'm thrilled with my new date gun! It's super easy to use, the ink is nice and dark and the seller sent me a follow up message to check to see how the product was working out for me which was a delightful surprise! I haven't had to reload the labels yet, but I'm confident that will be super easy as well. Great product AND service, thank you! ;)

Worked great when recieved but unfortunately, 2 1/2 months in, the turn dial to change numbers stripped and can no longer change the numbers.

This replaces another brand that was difficult to use. This one came preloaded with labels. The directions on how to set the numbers were simple and I was ready to go in a minute or two. It prints clearly and accurately. No issues.

Works great easy to load

I was very excited to receive this item for my home business! However it has been very difficult to work properly. The instructions weren’t precise on loading the gun. The stickers get stuck inside easily. Pretty disappointed.

So far so good. Easy and straight forward. Gets the job done for a date labeler. I use it with sell by stickers.

When I first received it, it worked great. The labels were already loaded. Click and go..I replaced the labels for the first time. Now, the labels won't come out without getting stuck, folding over and when they do release, they look muddy with ink. Super frustrating. Who has time for this?.I've called customer service to give them a chance to make it right..If these folks do come through and help me out, I'll let you know..One thing that I really thought was clever: they have a QR code in the labeler that takes you to a video on how to load the labels. Super helpful... if the labeler worked..Update: The company called me and then had me send it in. As it turned out it was MY ERROR. My bad.

Save yourself time and money and just get this model. I tried the lite version and ended up with it beat to pieces in about 3 months. This model is clearer, faster, and way better quality materials. I use this labeling my daily dough in a pizza restaurant as well as prep items. I pair it with the orange 1 line tags and it’s magic.

Good device, but I feel like I was lied to by only receiving a few labels in the gun. Doesn't have all print options either. Otherwise it's not bad
