This company is great. Very pure and no extra fillers etc. this oral glutathione actually does work really well. I can feel a difference when I take it. Whatever process they use to make their product it makes their oral glutathione absorbable which usually isn’t in oral forms in pills. But I can certainly tell a huge difference when taking it. I like to take them off and on but highly recommend taking while traveling, especially flying. It helps with the oxidative stress of flying/traveling. Always makes a huge difference for me post flights :)

About 7 years ago I sustained catastrophic injury from Ciprofloxacin (Fluoroquinolones). I have severe issues with imbalance, dizziness and profound weakness in my legs. (My legs felt like wood, as if not a part of my body, very little sensation). I researched this thoroughly and the brand as well. Plain Glutathione does not have the bioavailability that acetylated Glutathione does. Moreover, most of them contain “reduced Glutathione” version from China. This does not. It is pricey, I wish it were not. Hard for me to afford this price, but it is a competitive price. I will keep taking for as long as I can because I had noticeable benefit in less than 48 hours. After a week, it was amazing how much stronger my legs are and there are places where it feels as if sensation is actually returning after 7 years!

So I've tried a lot of supplements and most of them I've ended up either throwing away or simply not repurchasing. I'm not guided by how something makes me 'feel' as that's either placebo, toxic, or an addictive substance. I track what I start taking, usually in isolation, vs a cross section of bio-metrics (ie sleep duration and disturbances, heart rate, bp, endurance - regressed to mean, etc.). I'm amazed this stuff isn't pumped into the water supply. Anecdotally (again, this isn't worth anything as it could be placebo effect), not only do I feel sharper but my cognitive metrics show improvement pretty significantly. This isn't a smart pill that will allow you to pick up ancient Sumerian overnight, so don't expect something radical, but it would seem that significant cognitive benefits could present. Where I have noticed something radical is in a 20%+ reduction in HR (pulse) without an increase in BP. You should know that I have an adult diagnoses of ADHD that puts me in the top 1% of the population with attention issues. Testing done pre-medication and after a year of meds (Obviously in combination with behavior modification) has shown a radical improvement. Because of this stimulant meds are a legitimate and consistent part of my life. The only downside has been a resting HR of between 85-100, even with proper exercise and nutrition. Since I've started taking the S-Acetylated form of Glutathione my resting HR has dropped to 55-70 bpm. That's with 60-75 mg of Adderall a day. I'm pretty much towards the top of the recommended daily amount of Amphetamine salts and I have a resting hr of 55-70 bpm - WITHOUT light-headedness, tingling, ED, or increased BP. Short of marathon runners that's insane. I do take curcurmin with it, which possibly potentiates the glutathione, though the curcumin I was taking before ergo that couldn't explain the cardiovascular improvement. This stuff is pretty phenomenal.

I must say, that this version of Glutathione (Acetyl-Glutathione to be exact) is highly effective. I've noticed that, once taken, that it creates a feeling akin to a fog gradually being lifted from you, and...just like that, light begins to shine upon you again. Excuse the theatrics, but I like how this product makes me feel. The bonus for me was that this product, being an Acetylated version of Glutathione, along with being in specialized capsules to slightly resist stomach acid, means that it will be able to survive longer in the digestive system, thus leading to enhanced absorption and bioavailability. With Glutathione being the master antioxidant in the body and a potent detoxifier, increasing its quantity in the body is of great importance, especially in today's world. Here's how I use it: I take it first thing in the morning, with Vitamin C, on an empty stomach. I also take one, about 30 minutes or so... before bed. Why on an empty stomach? I don't want it to compete with anything else. My thoughts are that as you sleep, your body goes through a cycle of rest and repair, so I believe that adding Glutathione to that process will assist with any additional clean up before sleep and after sleep. Doing so on an empty stomach can only, in my view, ease the process of integration into the body. Why with Vitamin C? I have read studies that show that Vitamin C (500 mg-1g) can help to raise Glutathione and recycle it within the body. The combination of the two seemed like a win-win. In addition, I have also seen that the addition Alpha Lipoic Acid, with Glutathione, can also provide a similar, beneficial effect. In closing: With anything, I always recommend that you conduct your own research to see how something will fit into your life, but I will say that, for me, this product has done what I have expected it to do.

I've been drinking glutathione once a day combined with Vit C + Vit E since I was in my 30s. That time I learned that Japanese people drink Glutathione at higher doses to maintain a lighter complexion. I'm happy with my olive skin so I only drink this once a day or once every other day. I drink the combination of the 3 vitamins as my anti oxidant. At a low dose, it is already beneficial to maintaining a youthful skin. Luckily I still don't have wrinkles at at 47. I've reordered this brand because of the added benefit of being Acid Resistant and so absorption is better. I also feel more confident drinking this because it's made here in the US.
