I have talked myself out of getting this tool sevetal times because it seemed like a lot for such a little thing. After using it I can't believe I waited. It's one of those things that you needed but didn't realize until you got it. love the iridescent rainbow color and it works great as a depotting tool. I've also used it to scrape out the inside of makeup tubes to get out every last little bit of product. I thought my Urban Decay primer tube was empty because I had squeezed out all I could but when I cut it open and scraped out the remainder into a small little pot it seemed like there was at least half of the contents from the tube. The majority was at the tip that I couldn't squeeze out no matter whixh way I tried to extract it. Three weeks later I'm still using the product I scraped out and I still have plenty left. This tool is very useful and I would highly recommend it. It will save you money because you won't waste product. It makes depotting make up super easy because it's thin enough but strong enough to get in-between the pot and case it's in. I do recommend using heat (like a flat iron with a piece of wax paper covering the flat iron and then place the makeup case on top of the wax paper) to warm up the glue holding the make up in the paleete or case. Well worth the investment!

I’ve never depotted my makeup, but was looking to salvage the pans from my Urban Decay palette cases that were starting to breakdown. I’m glad I bought this - it made things so much easier to lift the pans out, although it did take a bit to get the hang of it, and I lost a couple pans in the process. Now I have all of my shadows organized with so much less packaging which is awesome.

I should have purchased this before I started de-potting my make-up. I did about 35 without this and then it arrived. It made de-potting the rest so much easier as the spatula ends are thin enough to insert between the case and the pan. I still use the heating method to loosen the glue, but this is so much better than using the point of a sharp knife which is in danger of breaking off and injuring someone. I have not used this for de-potting lipsticks, but it is certainly thin enough to get down into the lipstick tubes. I am waiting for pans to arrive to do that. The color is very pretty - varigated - quite sturdy, exactly as advertised, and was shipped and arrived very quickly.

I have a similar spatula from Inglot and didnt think i needed this. I was wrong. This spatula has a thin pointed blade that gets in-between pans and makes depotting so easy! I wish i had this when i was depotting all my MAC makeup for the last B2M.

It bent a few times while getting the makeup de-potted, but I was able to bend it back into place and it wasn't too-too serious. It didn't cause lasting damage. It's better than other things I've used though, like Xacto blades which broke. Happy with the fact that I have everything organized now though.

This spatula is perfect. It is thin enough to fit in your palette to depot shadows, yet it is thick enough that it won't bend. I have used this for multiple depotting jobs and it has held up very nicely so far. The color is a big plus as well! I would buy this again and it is definitely worth the price.

It works, no issues, sharp

The blunted more square edge is great for depotting. I have a spatula that I was using but THIS works better. At first I was disappointed because it felt kinda cheap but it works fantastic. Very happy with my purchase I will be keeping this with my depotting/ repressing area. The spatula I already owned I would probably used to for repressing and for mixing make up but the Z palette the one I will 100% use for my depotting
