Are there any real customers out there? Most of these reviews sound like they were written by the same person? Their website too!?

I noticed the same thing. I bought one for my daughter, who loves to bake, and when we tried to use it; it would not turn on. It also didn’t come with instruction manual or the warranty information. However, Amazon was very quick to resolve this matter and exchange the broken one for a new one. We have not yet used it. I will will give a new review once we use it.
