### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bulgarian Salami - great mild taste

I like salamis and tried this after developing a taste for Pict Hungarian Salami. Pict is very fatty and salty, a real departure from the commercial Salamis that have the sour milk aftertaste of Lactose acid starter culture used to force age them. So I started searching around for other European salamis and came upon Bulgarian. It's flavorful, mild and meaty so has become my new favorite.
