The instructions did not explain how to make the paddles work. I have big hands and the paddles are very tight. It was difficult to push them even when I tried. Overall not very good design.

Got this for my son who’s really into gaming on his PS5. He wanted something with extra controls, and this add on with 4 back buttons turned out to be a great upgrade for him. He remapped some of his actions like jump and crouch, and now he says his reaction time feels faster in games. We tested it in USB cable mode, and the wired setup gives a more stable experience with no lag at all. He also uses a headset when gaming with friends, and the good news is and it supports mic just fine. Voice chat works clearly and there’s been no audio issues. Setup was quick, and he figured it out on his own without needing any help. He’s happy with it.

I purchased these back paddles for my PS5 controller, I wasn't sure what to expect at first as I had never used anything like this. It took me some time to get the settings right but once I did it works great. There is no noticeable delay and it makes the gaming experience feel a lot more easier and even a bit more enjoyable. I'm a fan of the button remapping and its a nice touch for some fast-paced titles. The quality is nothing spectacular but more average. Doesn't feel cheap at all but it doesn't feel high end either but it works as advertised.

I did get a refund. But i will add it is exactly as advertised. But you will not have mic access if you purchase.bin order to have mic access they referred me to purchasing newest model.

I used this control mod for 2 weeks or so and the control is now pulling to the left when it’s not being touched. Didn’t have this problem before I put it on there. They don’t send a cord for it either.
