I am thoroughly impressed with this flipper.I bought it primarily to flip meat in the pan. I like making homemade burgers and this does a great job.It's thin and easily gets under meat and because of the angled portion at the end it easily scoops up and allows you to effortlessly turn food over.The handle is rubberised and feels great in use.So far has cleaned up well.

Not a lot to say except that this is a practical fish turner. It does exactly what I expected of it. It's a nice length and the end is bevelled to get underneath the fish without cutting into it. I know it's not a complex device but the design has been well thought out. I like it a lot. It also has a nice handle with a good grip.

Perfect turner for every use. I use it for absolutely everything except transferring cookies to a cooling rack.Easy to manipulate and never gets hung up under sticky or delicate food. Just perfect.

Truly life changing. What a wonderful addition to our kitchen. I can only think OXO have hired the greatest minds to design their range as yet again they have beaten all the competition hands down. Words can not describe this fish slice. Nothing comes close. I will be ordering the larger one too to make our home complete. Bravo OXO.

Brilliant, was put off by price, but well worth it.

Does its job and can be used on teflon pans so long as you are gentle.

Love it, wonder how I managed without one, way better than regular fish slices which aren’t flexible and are too thick.

These are wonderful fish turners. I've had mine for many years and they've held up so well, I purchased some for a friend who's learning to cook. They aren't for nonstick, but most of my cookware is stainless or cast iron and these work so well. Excellent for deep frying as well. The edges are fine enough to get under cookies and eggs without destroying them. Well made.

I love this thing for cooking eggs. It’s helps me keep from breaking the delicate yolk when it’s time for the big flip. It’s the perfect size for smaller cookware and is dishwasher safe. It’s a winner.

This "fish" spatula is excellent for anything else too! Eggs, meat, cheese sandwich, etc. The metal part is stiff enough but flexible, so you can easily slide it under the food to flip or remove and at the same time, it will let you scrub the bottom to remove sticky stuff. The handle, as with most OXO products, is very comfortable.
