Samsung SU951A MLT-D205E Extra High Yield Toner Cartridge, Black, Pack of 1

I have just received this toner from Amazon. It is a replacement for the larger capacity Samsung tone I had originally ordered. I saw the higher capacity toner and thought it would save me money, the description was right, and it stated it would work on my printer. When it arrived the day after ordering it was not compatible with the printer (Amazon should have known this). I was not happy at all. I contacted Amazon to request a return, and refund, no problems. Label printed, package wrapped up and taken to collection point, a 5 minute job. Then I received an email telling me the repayment had been made, so I ordered this smaller capacity toner. Next day was a Saturday so I did not expect to receive the compliant toner until the following Monday, which would have left me in trouble as I needed to print some urgent documents, but I should not have worried. Amazon, as good as ever, delivered the replacement on Saturday morning! Getting things wrong in the first place was annoying, but how Amazon responded was outstanding, and that's one of the reasons I will continue to use Amazon.

Saw this on the website and thought it would suit my Samsung laser printer, ML-3310ND. Received the following day and immediately installed in the printer. I had lots of documents to urgently print so could not wait to start using it. Then the shock, no matter what I did it would not print then I saw the remark in the panel on the screen "Not Compatible" and my heart sank. All that money down the drain. I visited the Amazon returns page and after downloading the returns label all went smoothly. Sent it back, got a refund, and ordered a replacement, which arrived the next day (a Saturday!). Well done Azazon

We got this on Subscribe and save, but when it arrived it wasn't in a Samsung box - had no choice but to use it as I needed it for work that day. Not a Samsung product, the quality is not as good. Also, more difficult to recycle as not a Samsung product and therefore won't be recycled by them (as we usually do). We have cancelled S&S because we need it sooner than January, but also because it wasn't as advertised (and you can only choose one reason for cancelling, with no "other" slot. Poor.

I wouldn't use any other product with my Samsung printer.

I ordered an original Samsung Cartridge and paid a lot of money, but it has started leaking after the first few pages. It seems like a compatible as I have never had leaks on original cartridges. What a rip off !!

A few teething problems with seller but sorted out quickly. Toner arrived well packed. Genuine Samsung toner cartridge. Have bought refills and third party cartridges in the past but I've found these have not worked well and prove a false economy.

Recvd the Toner / Drum before the printer was delivered, which was handy as we had a fair amount of work to do. Peace of mind having the additional capacity to hand so that we can use it when required.
