I have the insoles of this item, but wanted a smaller version to take on holiday with me and use in my pumps. They are great, they help a lot with my heel pain without compromising the fit of my pumps. They don't move when I'm walking either, the grip on them is good.

Good value, stays in place, gives just the right amount of lift and comfort for my needs

Because of tender heel syndrome after a knee operation I find these little wonder pads ease the pain I get walking around.They are slightly sticky underneath which helps them grip the shoe, except for my slippers which have fleecy lining.Good value for money and far, far better than the cheap gel-like ones. These provide good shock absorbing for the heels but are thin enough to fit in trainers. Also they can easily be switched between different shoes. If they lose their adhesion, just give the underside a clean in cold water.

I purchased these based on the other reviews and I'm somewhat disappointed. They're quite thin and didnt actually make much of a difference re the pain in my heels when walking. I've tried in a variety of shoes. The do however stick well to the shoe to ensure no movement and are easy to remove and replace in other shoes.

They provide heel cushioning without restricting space near the toes and stay in place, so you don't have to keep fiddling about with them.

I've developed plantar fasciitis. It's costing me a small fortune in shoe inserts, as it's not easy to tell which ones will work for your feet and shoes. I can say these Sorbothane heel pads are better than the transparent gel varieties - although the cheaper ones seem okay at first, they curl up, move around and go flat very quickly. Some have even given me blisters! These more solid pads stay where you put them, and do provide some cushioning. I'm getting best results when using them in trainers with bouncy soles, but have bought them for my other shoes as well.I wouldn't say these have fixed the problem, nor that walking is painless while using them. It's simply better than no help, and worth the extra cost compared with the transparent pads.
