Love these and they are great quality and very pretty. The magnets on the back help for breakaway which I have to have for work.

I gave this only four stars just because it is new, so I can't speak for it's durability. But I'm super happy with this product and the company. I bought this because I bought a solid steel Celtic design lanyard from this company and LOVED it. Its super solid and will likely last a lifetime +. Then I bought this lanyard from the same company because I figured for safety purposes (though I doubt its realistically necessary in my line of work, but the lanyard my employer supplied had a release) I better get the safety feature detachable lanyard. I like this slim lanyard because it allows me to carry my badges in my small purse (unlike bulky cloth strap lanyards) and it goes with everything I wear. It appears strong as the beads are strung on wound steel wire. I have other jewelry with the same type of magnetic clasp which is very strong. I've worn this for a couple of weeks & had one or two instances where the clasp opened from the lanyard being pulled. I have three badges and a key hanging off this, so it holds a reasonable weight. I like it so much i also bought the multi colored bead one from same company for fashion choice, tho have not used it yet. I like ease of detaching badges on jump ring from the lanyard for times I have to go into an area where I cannot wear the length of beading (e.g. a detention center, where the length of lanyard could potentially transformed into a choking device). I highly recommend this item. One Year Update - still getting compliments all the time - I wear this daily, have added a couple more small keys and it holds them. No problems, comfortable to wear, works great, light yet sturdy.

This is perfect for my work ID. I can't stand jewelry and things being around my neck, so I frequently just rip it off. There's actually something very satisfying in being able to rip it off your neck and throw it down on the table in a particularly tense meeting. I've never had it come off when I didn't want it to. I combined it with a small retractable cable so I can easily open doors etc, without having to lean over and open them with my boobs. Occasionally it grabs my hair, and that's slightly annoying. ***UPDATE*** Almost a year later, and it's held up as good as new. This is exactly the lanyard you're looking for. ***UPDATE #2*** I did finally have to replace it after two years, but I'm really rough on this thing. I have a lot of tense meetings. Two years is a great lifespan for me. I tried another one, but I was wrong and it was rubbish. This is absolutely the lanyard you're looking for.

Well constructed. Pretty bead sequence. A little heavy but it really makes it feel secure. I’ll be wearing this with my badge for children’s church so I am not afraid that it will break easily while playing. The section that my badge will connect to is just the right, short length. I rarely write reviews but this looks and feels handmade, so it truly deserves good marks. Thank you! *update: 6 months into use and the clasp gave way when intugged too hard, mind you it was a 2 keys and a thumb drive and a plastic badge, got hung up in my purse. The strand is still functional but the clasp is shot. It’s tough but not indistructable. No points off because the beads strand is sturdy. Would buy again and be more careful.

Used for my badge at work. I added an extension reel to it so that I can swipe my badge places without bending over. LOVE the magnetic clasp, very well made, and pretty. Heavier and fancier than I was originally looking for, but the color and variety of the beads and the bead pattern is so pretty so it goes well with my work clothes. Wish you had more gold options, a silver and gold together would be so nice and versatile! And maybe a daintier style that will be more versatile. I find mine looks best with solid color shirts, but clashes with printed tops or sometimes looks like a little much with some simple silk shirts. I love that I can throw this in my work bag and not worry about it breaking into a million pieces ... it is so solidly constructed!

I have been buying these lanyards for years and highly recommend them. They are beautiful and strong. I first wore them when I worked in a preschool and needed something with a magnetic release clasp. Now I work in an office and love that this lanyard can hold my ID badge, my file drawer key and my security fob, while looking so lovely. The beads are very pretty and people are always complementing me about them.

I bought it for my 19 yr old daughter and she loved it. Great quality.

Beautiful piece, it's just like the pictures. Very good quality, I pulled it around to check if it comes apart, and was satisfied to see how strong it is. Using it to hand the personal alarm Siren around my neck while out and about. Honestly, worth the price.

I loved this lanyard. I used it almost everyday for heavy keys at work as a nurse. I tend to destroy lanyards from overuse. No lanyard has lasted so long, almost 2 years of constant use. Got another to replace it right away. So many different colours and designs.

Beautiful. Magnet seems strong for now. All plastic beads but that’s good so it’s not too heavy
