Functional bird cage
Very happy with the cage overall. It was fairly easy to assemble and has been easy to clean. There were some dents in the metal tray and bent bars possibly from shipping. It’s a sturdy and secure cage, fits great on a weather tech all purpose mat! The cage catches about 50% of debris (seeds, etc.). I like the play station on top and the individual doors for the food and water bowls so you don’t always have to reach through the cage.

Best cage in the business
Got a great deal on this cage, it's a little expensive but we'll worth it. The cage is huge and my parrot loves it. The playground on top is an added bonus. You can buy a cheaper cage but why risk it?

Room for Improvement
I bought two of these cages and assembled both over the weekend. This cage is not horrible, but I would not buy it again. If returning them was not such a hassle (they are already assembled), I would have returned them. Things I do not care for: a) The "spring button" lock mechanism on the door is not an advantage. I like the regular old "slide" locks, where I am sure it is locked without relying on a spring. Plus, the lock mechanism is chrome plated (versus stainless) and is surely going to look bad in no time at all. The cages are in a beach house and the moisture in the air is going to probably result in the chrome coating chipping and flaking off. b) Assembly was much more difficult than it should have been. I am plenty handy and have put together a number of bird cages over the years. I had two lovebirds that lived for 17 years (until they passed of old age) and I have two African Greys, and I have assembled several cages as well as an aviary. The bolt holes on these cages were too small in several instances, and it was extremely difficult to screw the bolts in. I am sure it was not a failure to line up the holes -- it was the holes that were too small for the bolts. I had to get out my own hex screwdriver (instead of the tool that came with the cages) and stripped a couple of bolts assembling both cages. (Each cage had the same problem.) c) While no big deal, I had to pound one of the legs with a rubber mallet to straighten it out -- it got bent a little in shipping. d) Having a particularly heavy parrot cage is not ideal if you expect to move it, and so I guess it is okay these cages are lighter than my other parrot cages. On the other hand, they are also less sturdy than my other parrot cages. I do not think these cages are unsafe for my parrots, but I do like my other cages better than these. My other parrot cages are heavier, the paint finish is better, and they feel sturdier. Update 4.24.15 Little rust spots have appeared at several of the welded seams and at the door hinge pins. The doors are now more difficult to open and close. I hosed down the cages prior to putting the Greys in them, and apparently the hinge pins are made of a metal that rusts. I imagine I will end up replacing these cages much sooner than I wanted.

Castle for our Conure
Wonderful quality and built well. Easy assembly. Our Conure loves his new home! The only thing I wish it had was more perches I had to run to the pet store that day to buy perches.

Nice cage, but disappointed in how it arrived.
The cage is very high quality, but we were disappointed in how it was packaged and shipped. It came in 2 boxes strapped together, which was awkward and dropped multiple times by UPS. It is too heavy for any driver to carry. It should have been shipped in two to three separate packages. It was bent and scratched. We were able to repair, but very disappointed about how it arrived.

Though I like the cage, it wasn't easy to put together. It is sent in two separate boxes, so I ended up with white for most of the cage, and black for all the small pieces making it look pretty silly. The latch was also broken off the door, but I managed to latch it another way. Great space for my birdie though!
