These knee caps are amazing, especially for just Re. 500. It fits as expected. The quality is very good and made of good materials. I have been experiencing a little pain on my knee while I do leg workouts and I have been on the look out for knee caps. This is a great product and a must buy for people who workout regularly.

I'm using them since last week of December, very good for support while doing squats. I use them once or twice in a week and they are already tearing apart, very bad in terms of durability.

I use it us for my knee support, but quiet thick material. Uncomfortable while putting pants or leggings

Nice flexible compression knee support. Good fit to knee and supports it for reducing knee pain. Soft spongy type material light weight to carry it.

Poor. Was happy when I Got it but now it's beginning to tear after two weeks. Size is not the issue here. Quality needs betterment.
