Overpriced for what it is.
Very disappointed with the poor quality of this product, which is basically bungee cords with two arm and two foot grips. The plastic stirrups on the Speedshaper keep coming loose and are a waste of time. The exercise instruction sheet has a duplicate stomach/waist/legs illustration which does not match the written exercise instructions.I could and will put together my own version of the Speedshaper using more robust resistance tubes as I can't see the Speedshaper standing up to continuous long-term use. I would not recommend buying this exercise equipment.
