I use the same block over and over. Keep in mind that with any scented item, our noses will experience 'olfactory fatigue' which makes it a challenge to smell something in your own environment that you have become accustomed to. I recommend (with any scented item) to switch it out to a different scent profile. I have no issue with nausea or head aches when I use these. Such a cozy light smell.
